New Employee Payroll Portal Information

The new Employee Payroll Portal (EPP) is now live. The link to the EPP can be found on the Payroll Department Web page: http://www.frederick.k12.va.us/staff/payroll.

To log-in to the new EPP:
  • Use your employee ID number as the username (Your employee ID number minus the 5000 at the beginning.  Example- If your Employee ID number is 500012345, you will enter 12345)
  • Your password is the last four digits of your social security number. After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
Information regarding leave, pay stubs, etc. from 2018 will be maintained on the new EPP.

To view pay stubs, leave used, W-2s or ACA forms from prior to January 2018, you have to use the previous version of the EPP.  User names and passwords for the previous version of the EPP have not changed.

W-2s for 2017 will be distributed via interoffice mail the last week of January.  Copies can be found on the previous version of the EPP which can be accessed via the “Employee Payroll Portal (Pre-2018)” link on the Payroll Department Web page
